Experience Guide I, II, or III

JOB SUMMARY
This opening is for one position as an Experience Guide I, II, or III. Candidate qualifications will be assessed to determine placement as either an Experience Guide I, II, or III.
The Experience Guide position is an individual contributor role responsible for delivering the MBG service experience to MBG stakeholder groups such as insurance agents, poilcyholders, and internal employee customers in other functional areas.
primary responsibilities include:
- Act as an MBG Brand Ambassador during all interactions with MBG stakeholder groups with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer service experience focused on resolution of needs within a single interaction.
- Respond to inbound emails or live chat from customers and agents needing service assistance related to premium payment, claims reporting and claim status, policy document access, and general questions related to their insurance policy or potential policy changes.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with printing, scanning, mailing, receiving, and uploading documents for internal customer groups. Receiving and sending packages.
- Maintain adequate supplies for printing and mailing activities, identifying mailroom equipment service needs, and scheduling equipment servicing as needed.
- Complete key tasks associated with premium collection, payment posting, and reconciliation.
- Complete cross-training activities which may be required by management to enable backup support to other experience center team members.
minimum job requirements:
- General equivalency or high school diploma
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to identify the unspoken needs of MBG constituent groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A teamwork orientation and willingness to take on additional tasks which may be required to assure the mutual success of the team.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Proficiency with common business software solutions such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and understand use of other windows-based software products.
